The environment is very welcoming beginning with the receptionist who was ever so polite in answering each of my questions in detail prior to my scheduled appointment. The nail technician Dasha was very attentive and exceeded my expectations as this was the 1st time in (5) years that someone different has completed my gel 💅 manicure. I will definitely return. I had a great experience, and Cindy is a marvel with manicures, highly recommended.

I like that everything is in a sterilized packet when they start and there is even a new foot file used. Manicure ans pedicure done within an hour and with a great view. Nail techs were excellent! Hairdryer was used for drying my nails. I appreciated that there was no hardselling for any products.

It was my second visit to belladonna. I was there for a hair botox and haircut. Joe is amazing and so efficient with his treatments. He knews exactly what u need for your hair. The minute he sees ur hair he will right away advice wats lacking and wat needs to be done. The staff Naseem and Jocel also were well trained and professional. I got a manicure and eyebrow threading done by one of the staff jocel and she was hands-on with the services. I will definitely visit again n highly recommend this salon. They also have manicure and pedicure services for men. Just FYI.

Simply amazing! I find it really hard to find good nail salons anywhere - let alone in a city where im new. The hygiene, attention to detail and speed were impressive. Russian Manicure with overlays & gel Pedicure done to a very high standard for this usually VERY picky girl when it comes to nails. nail design done super quick and accurate to what was requested too. Made me so happy. Thank you girls! Definitely coming back and recommending to friends!
