A fantastic treatment as ever. Rachel is always highly professional, friendly and welcoming and her knowledge and expertise is outstanding. Rachel is helping me with my current burnout, and supporting my body heal, I can certainly feel the benefits after every treatment I have. I love that I get to say how often I want to come, there is never any pressure from Rachel to have any treatment or up selling, I can chat or I can be quiet during the session, it's all very calming and relaxing.

I highly recommend head 2 toe Reflexology. Her knowledge and professionalism is fantastic. She provides a relaxing, positive experience and really does listen to you as a client. I am incredible grateful to have found this lady!
