Had my very first massage with Layla today. I am currently 8 months pregnant and suffering with back pains & sciatica. Layla knew I was anxious about getting a massage done and I instantly felt at ease, she was very kind and patient & explained everything. The massage itself was extremely relaxing & I could feel my knots in my shoulders coming out. As soon as the massage was over instantly felt better! I’m sure I will sleep tons better tonight. Expert handling of my shoulder nerve pain. Toni explained what she planned to do and why she felt it was best approach asking for my sgreement before proceeding. Toni constantly checked the pain level I was feeling as she gradually manipulated thr muscle to ease the tension and move onto soft tissue massage. Toni also used dry needling on my shoulder and arm followed by more soft tissue massage to encourage the muscles in my shoulder and arm to release tension. Toni has an excellent approach to make you relax. The techniques, equipment used are all checked with you for comfort and pain level.

2nd visit and phenomenal progress made. I would highly recommend using Essex Sports massage for rehab, prehab, maintenance or just to recover from the stresses of life 👍🏻

Layla provided an excellent service from start to finish. The room was calming and inviting as was Layla, which made me feel instantly relaxed and comfortable. I had her special offer deal which was a 45minute back, neck & shoulder massage then 15mins each of an Indian head and facial massage. She was so professional, knew exactly what she’s doing and all felt amazing, I’ll definitely be back! My mum was really happy too with her full body massage and will return also.
