I recently found a new Day Spa has opened, Indulge Day Spa on Payneham. It was great to experience a genuine Day Spa Experience from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. I chose the scalp and head massage with a hair spa, followed by a hot stone massage with Faye and it was pure bliss! Faye's skilled hands worked wonders, leaving my scalp rejuvenated and my hair soft and nourished. The hot stone massage melted away all my tension, and was deeply relaxing. Faye's attention to detail and the spa's serene ambiance made it a perfect escape. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized.

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Saki tonight. She listened to my concerns, asked questions on my areas of tension and tailored the session to my needs. The pressure I requested was medium-firm where it needed to be but still comfortable and relaxing. I ended the session with a hot ginger tea. I will be booking with Saki again!

Thank you it was very relaxing. The room could have been warmer or electric blanket on bed. Part from this minor detail the service was good and I enjoyed the facial and massage.

The massage was good and the pressure just as I like it. I asked for focus on my head, neck and shoulders which when attended to, was ok. I just could have used more there :) Finished with a facial which was lovely and relaxing. 2 ideas to improve the experience overall 1. When Facials are being performed, rather than leave for 10 minutes, massage the head or decolletage. 2. Lights would be good a little dimmer than they are. A tad bright when facing up. Thank you so much!

Very relaxing and silky touch of my hair

I had booked a facial with Roupal. It was, as expected, really terrific, not only relaxing but a lovely sensory experience with neck massage etc. and with premium quality products. My skin looks and feels great and Roupal takes the time to discuss this afterwards. Looks really 'nourished' and fresh. Will definitely do this again. Well worth every dollar.

Another relaxing and enjoyable treatment, Roupal always so professional. The hand massage cream she used was lovely, and I managed to buy two tubes of it in the pharmacy, which was a bonus.

I enjoyed the hydrating facial very much, it was very relaxing and my skin felt lovely afterwards. The scalp and shoulder massage was a treat too. Thanks again Roupal !

The aesthetics of the soa are lovely and welcoming. The welcome flower tea was lovely. The Japanese head spa was a lovely relaxing experience, but I'd have liked the therapist to have been firmer with their touch and practice head massage, similar to a good hairdresser style pressure and all over the Scalp with more confidence. The hair drying was lovely and they took great care in drying my hair. It feels soooo soft now. Thankyou
