Just had an amazing Reflexology & Auricular Acupuncture appointment with Lucy, highly recommend. Lucy is very knowledgeable in this area and left session feeling extremely relaxed.

So relaxing. reflexology with Lucy is excellent.

Mentioned to Lucy that session should be renamed relaxology instead of reflexology 🤣

After trying a taster session, I booked in for reflexology with the auricular acupuncture with Lucy and highly recommend! Lucy is friendly & puts you as ease straight away. She’s provides a very informative overview following the session which was so accurate to the symptoms I had been experiencing.

Reflexology with Lucy this morning. I've never had reflexology before but thought I'd give it a try as trying to be kinder to myself this year. Lucy is very knowledgeable and identified problem areas in my body that were under stress which we can work with in future appointments. I felt really relaxed during and after my appointment and will definitely return for more.

Today I had my very first reflexology session ever. Lucy brought complete calm to the session and I can honestly say that during the treatment I was so relaxed I could have dozed off. I experienced what I can only describe as a warm glowing aura around me. After the treatment Lucy was happy to answer questions about a couple of sensations I had felt and correctly identified these areas of my feet with the corresponding areas in my body where I do have issues. Well done Sophie for bringing Lucy to your clinic.
