My reflexology treatment i had yesterday was absolutely wonderful Alison is a super lady, so friendly and comfortable to be around, she is very thorough and professional The room in which the appointments are held is so comfortable and cosy it's easy to relax almost straight away! The mint and bergamot mix that she used on my feet was so lovely I am so looking forward to my next treatment and highly recommend Inner Balance Treat yourself or someone you love or if someone is struggling what to treat you to then book in, you won't regret it! This was my 1st visit. I was suffering with back pain and plantar fasciitis. I had a massage to settle my back down and then had reflexology combined with tai foot massage. An hour well spent and will be returning in 24hrs for another session. So far so good, hopefully get back to normal soon.
