I had an amazing reflexology treatment, can’t wait to come back! ☺️

I had Reflexology with Jennifer and it was my third session. I have been suffering with poor mental health for a while and my anxiety when I first started was awful. Since then Reflexology has given me the tools my body needed to recover from overwhelming feeling that I have and I have even been able to get REM sleep, something I never used to have!! I can't recommend her enough, it's not just the Reflexology she offers support that aids with mental health recovery and wellbeing. It has been transformative for me and actually better then therapy! Absolutely need to try it's the best!!!!

Lucy was absolutely fantastic on our wedding day, she is excellent at wedding hair and all the girls were very happy with the finished hair. We loved having Rebecca and Lucy on the day, they were so lovely and just fit in so well with the group. I could not recommend them more! Rebecca was so lovely and professional from when we first booked the wedding make up, to the trial, right through until the wedding day. Rebecca's make looked so beautiful and I was very happy with it. Rebecca was also a great calming character to have around on the day, making sure that everyone was getting ready when they needed and prompting us when we needed to get moving to make sure we were on time! I had such a fantastic time with Rebecca, all the girls loved their make up and we would definitely have Rebecca again for any future events. Huge thank you for Charley x

I would highly recommend Thera Key. My appointment was delivered with professionalism throughout. Everything was explained and any relevant details gathered. The treatment was relaxing but thorough. Laura explained how I might feel following the treatment and she advised me to drink plenty of water and avoid any heavy meals. One of the reasons I consulted Laura over was difficulty sleeping, after returning home, and drinking plenty of water, I slept for the whole afternoon and awoke feeling relaxed and refreshed, and can't thank Laura enough.
