I had the best treatment with Bethan. I booked the deep tissue massage. She made me feel at ease straight away and went through a thorough medical before hand to make sure she was tackling the areas of need. I made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment and I left feeling really relaxed and much looser than when I walked in! Amazing, highly recommend! It has been a long couple of years without Kath and I was thrilled to hear she was back. I have not come across anyone as good as Kath, she really takes the time to become attuned to any aches or pains you have going on. I’ve never met someone with such a passion. The reflexology is my favourite part and it never stops amazing me how much Kath can get from your feet. Can’t wait to come back

This cold weather has been playing up my 2 year old ankle injury. Struggling to walk more that 2k steps a day. Great foot reflexology session yesterday and so far I'm on 8600 steps. Bit of sunshine and foot reflexology is doing wonders.
