My massage was amaxing, genuinely the best I had in 11 years here. Belindah was truly knowledgable and went above and beyond to relieve some very painful knots in my back and shoulders combining different techniques. You can feel she really cares to deliver maximum pain relief and relaxation.

Celeste is a professional and friendly therapist and I have been fortunate to have had a few of her treatments so far. The deep tissue massage is wonderful, and it literally hits all the spots! Second massage with Alona within a week 🫠I can honestly say that you won’t get a better massage. With the correct pressure Alona knows exactly the right areas to work on. I am continuously impressed by the professional and attentive care she provides each time she comes to me. Needless to say I would highly recommend Prana wellness yoga centre!

I booked my first massage after having hip replacement surgery and it was incredible. Belinda actually read through the form I completed beforehand and did a great job of both stretching my body whilst being aware of my recovering hip as well as a previously injured knee whilst making me feel relaxed and her pressure was spot on. The spa itself if beautifully decorated and not to large so it felt like a very personal experience.
