I had an excellent experience with my treatment from start to finish. Mina was very professional, caring, and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt genuinely looked after.

Marco put 10/10 effort into dissolving all the filler in my face. I also had an issue with my payment and he was so understanding about it. I would highly recommend London lips. 5 star service.

The assistance I received was exceptional. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a cryotherapy session. I was expecting it to be painful but it was not. Thank you, Shape London.

This place is absolutely amazing, I arrived stressed and disheveled and emerged hours later looking and feeling like a different person! The staff are so lovely (and were very tolerant of my frantically trying to send last minute pre-holiday emails mid treatment) and all the services I booked (haircut & blowdry, full body wax, gel pedicure, BIAB, massage) were top class. And on top of that, the memberships are probably the best bargain in London right now - I thought it was too good to be true until my lovely experience today! Run don’t walk!

Very professional, girls at reception welcome you with a lovely smile & a cup of tea and biscuits. Mina is excellent, knows her job , takes good care & makes you feel relaxed.

I am very happy with the quality of service at Shape Zone London for waxing. It is my 3rd time using this salon for multi areas waxing and on all occasions, it was well done and fast. The practitioner is also very friendly. It is one of the best place I found for waxing, I highly recommend it.
