Seemingly unlinked small niggles were identified as part of a bigger problem confirmed through testing. Work was done and retesting showed 25-30% improvements and I left feeling better and confident in my ability to perform my chosen sport. Well worth the investment.

I came to Ryan with pain in my right hip and he did a full assessment and made a plan of how to get me to a place of reduced pain. We did 4 sessions of focused shock wave therapy which has worked really well. Ryan also gave me some great exercises and stretches to do. Ryan's knowledge and understanding meant I was given great in-depth guidance and support throughout the process. I felt listened to and confident in the treatment plan. Thanks to his expertise, I'm now moving with much less discomfort and have a clear path forward to eventually be pain-free.
