Bought my daughter for a teen facial and grace was so lovely and reassured her talking to her throughout the process explaining each step. I visited Ryan P with a running injury which had stopped me from running for nearly 2 weeks. Ryan was really understanding and empathetic and did a thorough examination of the injury. He explained how and why my injury had occurred and what I can do to prevent it in the future. After he shown me some stretches and had massaged my hip/leg/calf, I was able to put weight on my foot and walk normally which I had been struggling to do! I have received a programme of stretches to complete over the next week to continue to help my recovery.
