First time seeing Emma today for a male intimate waxing. I don't think I could of felt more at ease! Emma is very professional & relaxed. She chatted away whilst informing me what she was doing. I had a seventy hyal treatment with Emma today. The process was clearly explained prior to administration, which put me at ease and made me feel confident in Emma's knowledge and expertise. Emma is a great source of professional information regards skin care if you have any concerns. She is a Registered Nurse and works from her spotless but comfortable treatment room. I really can't speak highly enough and honestly recommend her.

Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.
