I had such a lovely experience at Secret Beauty Salon Ltd in Swindon! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and very welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable. I booked in for eyelashes, eyebrows, and a massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My lashes look full and natural, exactly how I wanted them perfectly applied with great attention to detail. My eyebrows were shaped beautifully and really enhanced my overall look. I had the most amazing deluxe dermaplaning treatment and couldn’t recommend it more! From the moment I arrived, the studio felt so welcoming, calm, and beautifully set up. Shannon was absolutely fantastic—so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. It felt incredibly relaxing, like a real treat rather than just a skincare appointment. My skin was unbelievably smooth, fresh, and glowing afterwards—I could see and feel such a difference straight away!

Enroute between Maidenhead and Swindon I was delayed by 30 in arriving. Stopping at a layby I sent a text explaining I would be late and asking if anything could be done? I received a reply saying it's OK. Come! On arriving the staff greeted me as usual and are all very friendly. Today I had the second treatment on my eyebrows done (microblading). Lips with botox. Now having my eyelashes done too. Loving it! So pleased. Excellent service.

Emma was really welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease. She talked me through each stage and I felt very confident that she knew exactly what she was doing. Definitely will be visiting again.

I had a seventy hyal treatment with Emma today. The process was clearly explained prior to administration, which put me at ease and made me feel confident in Emma's knowledge and expertise. Emma is a great source of professional information regards skin care if you have any concerns. She is a Registered Nurse and works from her spotless but comfortable treatment room. I really can't speak highly enough and honestly recommend her.
