I've used SMJ sports therapy for a number of years now, for various issues, and as always, Sam gives a quality, professional sports massage that consistently leaves me feeling better at the end of it. Would definitely recommend treatment and advice for those niggling aches and pains.

Very Highly recommend Sam..... always feel so much better afterwards! Starting having sports massage therapy sessions with Sam when I was training for a marathon hike, but continue to have sessions which really helps with postural issues from sitting at a desk for 8-10 hours a day.

My first visit to see Sarah was exceptional - she explained restrictions in the fascia being the reason behind my very long term chronic pain. She was able to easily find the 'hot spots' - the resultant pain relief was extraordinary so I have very happily booked my next session as I am certain I have been thrown a 'life raft' by Sarah

Really pleasant time. Relaxing. Been several times for knee pain and every time there is pain relief afterwards. Ok it is not permanent, but does give some rest bite from the pain for a few days until I get knee replacements.

Excellent treatment as always. Eased Margret's pain. But still need more therapy, which is already booked
