Sam was great, as usual! Listened to me as I discussed my knee and quad issues and treated accordingly. Sam is key to my ultra marathon training and understands that I need to keep moving! Recommended for maintenance sports therapy to help continue training schedules - I would be injured more often without Sam's support!!

Katy is totally amazeballs she is guru! Before I found Katy other therapists could not wax properly for me. But Katy knows what to do if you hair is unruly and literately she makes it pain free and is quick, but ever so thorough. I Love all her other treatments that she provides, she knows her stuff and gives you her full attention and is so personable and such a genuine, kind and caring person. Sam was great - I have a running injury which she investigated, treated and then followed up with a list of rehabilitation exercises for me to follow. As I focus on next year's ultra marathons it is great to have Sam on the "team"!!

Fabulous, as usual. As an ultra runner I struggle with lots of minor issues, from stiff big toes to aching knees as well as the usual tight spots. These are always less of a problem after seeing Sam, and the rehab exercises that she prescribes are great. Sam is key to my training!

I've used SMJ sports therapy for a number of years now, for various issues, and as always, Sam gives a quality, professional sports massage that consistently leaves me feeling better at the end of it. Would definitely recommend treatment and advice for those niggling aches and pains.

I have managed pain in my shoulders and neck for year and have tried a range of treatments but accupunture is my new favourite thing and Sarah is amazing. Huge reduction in pain after just 2 sessions, more range of movement and treatment that addressed the whole kenetic chain.

Very Highly recommend Sam..... always feel so much better afterwards! Starting having sports massage therapy sessions with Sam when I was training for a marathon hike, but continue to have sessions which really helps with postural issues from sitting at a desk for 8-10 hours a day.
