She took the time to explain the process, listened to what I wanted, made helpful suggestions, and drew the shape first so I could approve it. The whole experience was calm, relaxing and professional. The chair was so comfortable, with a cosy blanket, that I actually fell asleep! Daniela was gentle, caring and checked on me throughout, applying numbing cream as needed. I highly recommend Daniela and the team at Monarch.
