I had the Japanese hair spa at Promise Hair Spa and it was absolutely amazing! 🌸 I recommend it 100% without hesitation. The salon is spotless, the staff are incredibly professional and genuinely friendly, you immediately feel at home. What really stands out is the focus on wellbeing, not just selling a service. I was pampered by Leeloo, who was absolutely wonderful, attentive, gentle, and made the whole experience even more special. The entire treatment was relaxing, indulgent, and truly worth it. They use organic and natural products, go for it, you won’t regret it at the contrary!

I had the best experience! I did the 2 hour hair spa treatment and Leeloo is abolsolutely fantastic! She is so very talented and really transformed my hair in those 2 hours. Nanit was amazing. I only washed and dried my hair as I always do twice a month choosing random saloon since 5 years. Roots is number one. Calm, quiet and relaxing with great hair products. Nanit started with massaging my head for 2 minutes. And then washing. The combing experience takes me to a relaxing mood. Thanks nanit. Definitely I m going to visit roots again.

Amazing salon, I loved the hair dresser, very professional! it shows that she really understands different hair structures and styles. Great and remarkable experiance, Place is very nice and staff are very proffissional and friendly. Yazen is one of the best hairstylists in the saloon, Sharoon is one I do recommend as a nail specialist "Excellent". Basically the whole staff are amazing. Saloon's manager/owner and reception lady are so nice, friendly and helpful. Definitly will try other services in same saloon.
