I had an amazing experience at Pamper Haven on Saturday.I had a massage,manicure and pedicure .From the reception was greeted warmly by Tino and my Beauty therapist Zoey was every smiling and very professional.Great customer service.

I had such a beautiful experience today. From start to finish, everything was soothing, professional, and exactly what I needed. I got a Swedish massage, facial, and pedicure, and each treatment was done with such care and attention to detail. I walked out feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and restored! Definitely a much needed self-care day. Can’t wait to be back!

I had the most wonderful experience with Tsitsi during my 1 hr aromatherapy massage and 30-minute Dermalogica brightening facial. The massage was absolutely heavenly – I felt completely relaxed, and the pressure was perfect throughout. Tsitsi has such a calming presence and intuitive touch. The facial was equally amazing – I felt so pampered, and I loved how Tsitsi took the time to explain each step of the process. It was also great to discover that I already use some of the products in the retail range, which made the experience feel even more tailored to my skin needs. Highly recommend!

It was great, though massage therapist forgot to tell me oil she was using since it was an aromatherapy massage. Not much aroma tho. Also she forgot to massage my head. But was a good experience nonetheless.

Had a lovely massage, the rooms are clean and looked beautiful and well organised, however my treatment was supposed to be 60minutes long but was cut short to 53minutes, starting from the time the masseuse came back to the room to the time she told me that it was the end of the treatment. I however stand corrected if that’s not the way things are done.
