Oyu’s pedicure service was incredibly gentle, while Amy expertly crafted my gel-x nails, which were my first time getting them. I had a vision of minimal yet elegant nails for an upcoming wedding anniversary event, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. Front desk person is professional, kind & provides great customer service. Vivian always does a lovely thorough manicure and takes extra care. It was my first time with Emmy who did a great job on my feet but wasn’t friendly and seemed distracted talking to other nail technicians or looking away and rather than telling me what she wanted to do with my feet she’d just tap the area my feet were resting. I didn’t feel comfortable or relaxed getting my feet done. Also the cat eye glitter nails I did should not be $20 more than regular gel. The sample is very misleading for how it actually looks
