As always, ladies at BTS nails did not disappoint! We got 4 adult pedicures (some had gel and some had regular nail polish)and 2 kids pedicures and everyone was treated with respect, got quality treatment and so pleasant to be there. We came in the evening and had reservations ahead of time so we pretty much had the salon to ourselves which was awesome! Recommend!

Overall, the pedicures are absolutely among the best in town! Recommend! Upon arrival, I sensed a bit of coldness from the person who greeted us, as if we had arrived at an inconvenient time. It may just be her personality, but the other staff members seemed much warmer and friendlier. The removal of dead skin from my heels and toes was impressive. The leg scrub lasted only about five seconds, which left me wanting more and felt like a waste, considering the $60 price tag. While the massage was enjoyable, it seemed to focus more on the same spot rather than an overall foot/lower leg massage.

BTS is my go to salon for pedicures. Celine always gives me a great pedicure and leg massage-thank you. Since they don’t do acrylic nails, you aren’t hit with the smell of chemicals the minute you walk through the door. Also, their foot tubs aren’t jetted so there are no concerns about what yuck might circulate when those jets are on. The salon is very clean and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend coming here for your nail care needs.

The best nail salon hands down! I have seen every technician and they are all amazing and very, very good. I always look forward to my next visit. The pedicures are worth every dollar and minute with a 10 minute massage (5 each leg) I have done gel x, shellac mani/pedi, and dipping powder. Gel x is my fav but I do switch it up from time to time. BTS does NOT disappoint!

I always enjoy this salon because it’s clean and inviting! The ladies are super professional and friendly, always providing great service. I wanted to get a white French pedi this time but was told that the option of white French is available with gel/shellac only. I was confused since I've had it done with nail polish before and it’s always turned out well for me. I know it takes a little longer to dry, but my pedicures usually last a long time without chipping. In the end, I chose a solid color instead, which was nice, but it wasn’t quite what I had in mind but i didn’t want to fuss.

Had an appointment for 2pm. I understand the nail tech running behind with another customer. However I was given cold water for my feet to sit in while I waited over 30 minutes. Then I never got to do a good soak in warm water once the tech was available. She did a great job but the pedicure was just an ok experience. You don't have enough color selection for dip nails so I decided to not do my nails. It felt like everything has an add on price as well.

Overall service was fine. I made an appointment with a specific tech and when I arrived I was told someone else would be doing my pedicure. Not the end of the world but it would have been nice to be told before I was sat so I could have chosen to reschedule be have my preferred tech do my toes or given any communication about the person I scheduled with not being available.

Another great pedicure. I’ve seen a few different techs and never had a bad experience. They’re always on time, efficient, friendly AND do good work.

As a Senior Citizen I've had lots of Pedicures, this was in the top five. Thanks Elaine for making me and my hubbys toes feel and look better.

Their prices are just a bit higher than I typically pay at other salons for the same services but their customer service and attention to detail was absolutely the reason for the slightly higher prices. The ladies were so nice and very happy to give me and my 3 yr old daughter a manicure and pedicure in preparation of our little beach vacation next week. Salon is incredibly clean and it’s so nice to be offered a water (sparkling or still). Highly recommend and I will return!
