Today was my first visit to Parlur Salon & Spa. I had the BEST experience with Ramona! She was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me as we went through the service. The head massage at the end was soooo relaxing and such a nice, added touch. I'll be back to see her again soon! As for the salon itself - Parlur was clean, tidy and everyone working there was nice and friendly.

Service was very good. The only reason it didn’t earn 5 stars was we had booked an appt with Avy and when we arrived she was busy with another client. Another tech did the service, while it was good and we were satisfied, it wasn’t who we booked the service with. I’m not sure if the schedule was double booked or she took a walk in?? Happy overall but would prefer to have service completed with the tech we booked the appt with.

I had a great experience at my appointment , met Anna who worked on my in grown nails , plus she does d a shellac manicure for me , Tracy does d the pedicure for me . Absolutely wonderful people , and would recommend Pro Nails to anyone ! Thank you so much Sandraharapiak
