Absolutely incredible! Tracy pierced my 7 year olds ears. She made her feel confident, important and that she was the key decision maker at each and every step. Every move was explained and reiterated. Tracy ensured that she gained permission from my daughter. Her piercings look great, I have one extremely happy little girl! Highly recommended ❤️

Tracy was fantastic with my daughter Evie aged 11. She was very welcoming and explained everything clearly to Evie who was very calm and confident throughout and delighted with her beautiful earrings. My eldest had her ears pierced by Tracy and she was just as good then. When my youngest is ready we will be returning. Thank you Tracy xx

Well after become a little bit addicted to the fabulous piercing and beautiful jewellery here by Tracy, I’ve now found a new obsession! Tiny tattoo done by Katie. What a fab session! Katie managed to adjust the design I’d seen just for me, and then a good chat about being Abba fans while having my tattoo being done. Now which one next????? 😂

What a fabulous afternoon with Tracy. It’s my first time at the salon, bit nervous about a piercing but Tracy was amazing. Talked me through what she was going to do and really put me at ease. I had some other treatments on my eyes and brows too and was so relaxed. The time flew by, like it was a lovely relaxing afternoon with a friend, I didn’t want to leave! Will be going back for sure for more treatments and find some other bits to pierce! 😄

What can I say - Tracy took her time with me, explained everything she was doing and I felt totally at ease. Very professional and clearly extremely knowledgable about her field of work. I even left with an extra piercing!! My face feels amazing after a dermaplaning session - I will be booking in once a month! Cannot recommend her highly enough. I’ve found my new favourite place!!

Tracy was lovely with my 14 year old daughter when she had her nose piercing. Very professional but also caring and understanding putting my daughter at ease.

I first came to see Tracy in August when my 7 year old wanted her ears piercing. The care my daughter got was amazing and she's been in love her with earrings since. So much so I've had my own ears pierced a number of times since with plans for more! It's always a laugh and a giggle when I go and Tracy explains the whole process with ease, can't recommend her or the clinic enough

Tracy was amazing with my daughter who was having her ears piereced for the second time. She spent time talking through everything from how she was prepping, carrying out the piercing and aftercare. She really put my nervous daughter at ease and she is so happy with her new piercings! I would absolutely recommend!!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced today. She was excited but extremely nervous and Tracy was amazing with her (& me!). She talked us through everything, didn’t rush my daughter and handled her amazingly well, despite her freaking out and crying a lot. She was so calm, kind and reassuring and my daughter left absolutely delighted with her piercings. Would definitely recommend.
