The best massage in Wilmslow……..Had a full body massage and it was simply amazing. Felt so relaxed after and I will be back for sure. Before massage I was asked what type of oils would I like, I said a relaxing massage so lavender and ylang ylang were used. I filled out the customer form to highlight any conditions I had and what part of my body needed extra attention. Fiona focused on my back and neck and I felt a lot of relief and I had less tightness in those areas. Very comfortable warm bed and a very relaxing atmosphere. Thank you Fiona and see you soon x

I have just purchased ten flexible sessions at Cryo Revive Wilmslow. I attended my first body balancer session yesterday and was greeted by the lovely Caroline who showed me the cryo chamber, the new Dermalux tri- wave MD (I have the older version from 2021) which was great, and finally the body balancer compression therapy suit. I was extremely tired so welcomed the 45 minute compression therapy and felt like I could drop off to sleep had I been in there longer (I'm a chronic insomniac!!). Cryo Revive Wilmslow is one of our favourite places. We had a Sunday morning family freeze and it was brilliant!! They are so knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Really great experience with the whole process explained so clearly by Karen, who had so much passion and knowledge about cryotherapy (as well as other cold-related treatments) and she was a pleasure to speak with. A lot of fun if you bring somebody with you in the chamber!

4th visit , increased to 3 mins 30 secs in the Cryo chamber. Probably at our limit now, but felt refreshed afterwards. My back is definitely improving, not pain free but a marked difference since using cryotherapy. Will definitely be booking more sessions.
