I went to Flux today for a nose piercing and I was very nervous considering the only other piercing I have is my ears and was done when I was 4 years old. The ladies in there were brilliant and very comforting. They were friendly and funny which made me feel at ease. Gemma done my piercing, absolute pro! She spoke me through it all and was just brilliant as what she does. Thank you again! I'm really happy with it and looking forwards to seeing them again for my check up in a month's time I would highly recommend 👌

Vida was so lovely in piercing my daughter's ears for the first time (age 7). She was clean, professional, explained everything carefully, didn't rush, had the option of using needles to pierce, and had a wonderful range of earrings for my daughter to choose from. My daughter was delighted.

I originally had my nose pierced at Flux 12 years ago. I haven’t had any jewellery in it for the last 4 years so assumed it was closed. I booked to have it re-pierced yesterday with the wonderful Torreya, who first checked to see if the piercing was still open - to our surprise it was! It just needed to be stretched to the jewellery size. Torreya did this in a few seconds, and the team at Flux were kind enough to only charge me for the jewellery change service. I had the best experience with Flux Piercing. At the grand old age of 57 I decided to have my nose pierced, something I had always wanted but never got round to doing. I wondered if I would be laughed at for going but the girls could not have been sweeter, the process was quick and easy, they were so helpful in choosing a stud and in explaining how to look after it properly. The hygiene was brilliant, my piercing healed quickly and easily and the follow up appointment quick and painless to get a shorter bar fitted. I can't thank them enough or recommend them more.

I have just had my nose and ear rim pierced by Kelsey and I honestly loved my experience. The studio was clean and tidy and everything was sterilised. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, with a great range of jewellery on offer and brilliant aftercare advice and saline solution. I have been so very impressed with Flux from the moment I walked through the door to find out about piercing and to make an appointment. All the staff were friendly, attentive and very informative. I requested for Torreya to do my nose piecing and I was very appreciative with her kind, patient and extremely professional manner guiding me through every stage with paperwork, answering my many questions, the actual piecing talking through each process and the attentiin to detail regarding hygiene in all areas. Aftercare was explained and I have peac
