Kindness and practical help this morning, when we forgot my husband's kit for his toenail cutting - we were so rushed today. An emergency one-off kit supplied, £7 - such a good idea to have them. And telling us we can next time bring his kit and leave it with the ladies - to prevent repeat forgettings. He has Alzheimer's, and my poor mind is constantly overflowing with To Do's and Remembers. So this is excellent practical help.

Always such a lovely experience and my nails look great!

The Chinese lady ? I had at caversham on Nov 29 at 9am was most kind, thorough and very good at her job. An excellent person and advert for your company.

Such a lovely experience, I felt very pampered... as well as having my toenails cut beautifully, the rough skin on my feet was sorted, and my feet were massaged with cream. Bliss!

Booked a male pedicure, basically to get my toe nails cut as I have mobility issue. I ended up with a foot spa, leg and back massage as well! All done very professionally and great value!

Today I was very lucky to have Saru to cut my toenails, I've had her twice before and she is always very thoughtful, very thorough and efficient. Her working area is kept spotless. Saru is also a very kind person, she makes the whole process a pleasure.

Everyone was welcoming and professional. I had several treatments which they were able to fit in without any delays. Quality of treatments including threading, nails and LVL lashes is outstanding.

I was desperate to have my nails done. Ladies in this salon were so accommodating that they saw me exactly at my most convenient time. They are all so friendly and customer service is spot on. They let you bring your children with you so if you have childcare issues, don't worry, they will see you no matter what. The lady ( I forgot to ask for her name) did my nails exactly how I wanted. I am very grateful and I would highly recommend this salon.
