Amy greeted me and introduced me to Talia my stylist who was lovely listened to my requirements and cut my hair just how I wanted. I asked about the possibility of having my nails done whilst I was in the salon and Amy arranged this . Megan did a lovely job on my nails so I had a great experience all round.

Nikki has been doing my nails for months now and it’s amazing how much they have grown! They were so weak and broke as soon as they got any length but with biab and then hard gel, they look so much better! It’s always wonderful to have a catch up in our sessions and Nikki is always happy to work with me when I send ideas of new nail inspo, and adapting it to suit me where needed. Also so excited she does pedicures and had my first one recently and these will also be a regular occurrence for me!

Daphne always does my nails so beautifully and is so thorough with all the prep work. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely love coming to Nikki ❤️ Working outdoors all day in a forest school especially with the weather we are having so far this year and my nails last so well in between appointments 💅 highly recommend if you’re looking for someone who knows prep is the key lasting nails 👏🏼👏🏼

Diane always takes so much care cutting my hair. She is very friendly and does a great job. The salon is always very welcoming, a real asset to Ferring village x

Had my nails done which I always get done by Elisha so I know they will be the best, but I also had my eyebrows done today, and that was brilliant as well. I felt so pampered and relaxed, and it was so nice the treatment couch was heated! The best bit was how painless the eyebrow waxing was....I've had my eyebrows done before elsewhere so I know to expect it to sting a bit, but with Elisha it was literally painless! I'm afraid you're stuck with me Elisha, I'm never going anywhere else! 💛💛💛

Having had an extremely stressful and most unpleasant and unprofessional experience in the past - Thalia has completely restored my confidence. Thalia has been cutting my hair for the past couple of months every 4 weeks and today I have had a full head of colours. My hair looks amazing and I am over the moon with the results. Thalia gave good advice and suggestions and listened to my requests. I would thoroughly recommend using House of Serenity and support a local independent trader in Ferring village. Nikki is a fantastic nail artist, friendly and professional. As soon as you step into her lovely home salon you are made to feel extremely welcome. A calm and relaxed environment where you will always leave with beautiful nails.

It always a pleasure to have an hour with an expert nail technician and a great lady. Elisha is well travelled and thoughtful and takes the conversation at whatever level I need which is a gift and makes the time spent fun and insightful. Can’t recommend her enough - try her and you’ll see what I mean!!

Today I saw Nikki for nails and feet, this is the 4 th time I’ve seen Nikki and every time I see her it’s such a relaxing and calming experience. Nikki’s knowledge is amazing and has amazing ideas, she is honest and cares a lot about her clients, I would definitely recommend Nikki, I always look forward to my time there x

Love my nails, still in brilliant condition after 2 weeks. Elisha’s salon is extremely welcoming with a very comfortable chair. Would highly recommend, I felt in v good hands.

Amy is an absolute gem! Always so welcoming and professional and quick to help when she can! (Might as well throw in wellbeing therapist to her list of things too!) My daughters first time getting lashes done and she made her feel soo at ease. Also got a full pedicure done and daughter got nails, both very happy with the experience and left feeling truly pampered! Thank you!

I’m new to the area and was looking for a nail tech to do my BIAB! Stumbled across Nikki and have been so happy with all my sets! She is so friendly and approachable. It is clear she takes a lot of pride in her work as she puts in 10/10 effort into every set and has great attention to detail. Would defo recommend ❤️
