Charlotte was a really lovely person, we had a nice chat and a few laughs as well. My hair looks great, exactly how I wanted it, and I also picked up some great tips on how to add more of a curl towards the scalp with a diffuser, and on how to best use mousse. My head feels way lighter and my hair will be so much easier to manage now! Thank you!

Wow! Aimee is so lovely, genuinely. We were chatting and laughing the whole time and it felt like I was having fun with an old friend.
