Claire is absolutely amazing. I have switched from my previous nail and brow salon due to the luxurious experience, Mirror Mirror offers to their customers. Thankyou so much for my facial today, it was just what I needed after a stressful couple of weeks. Sophie's technique is really lovely and her attention to detail is second to none. I feel at home in Mirror Mirror, the staff are really great they make you feel at ease and have lovely conversation. I would recommend to friends and family to go there. It's different from other places in Shrewsbury because of the atmosphere and the treatments are unpretentious and affordable. It's also very clean and has a great choice of treatment available. The owner Viv is so lovely, genuine and so helpful!

Wonderful as always. I had the last appointment of the day and genuinely can’t remember the last time I laughed that much… I think I went in for nails and accidentally booked a therapy session with a live comedy show. Of course, my nails are stunning, they always are, but it’s never just a nail appointment. It’s equal parts glam, therapy, and stand-up. I always leave feeling like a valued customer and a slightly better human, with fabulous nails as the bonus.

Jessie has absolutely outdone herself. She created the most incredible monochrome polka dot BIAB and gel overlay set for me, finished with the cutest 3D cherry charm. The attention to detail is just unreal. Every line is crisp, every dot perfectly placed, and the overall finish is so neat and precise. The prep was meticulous, my nails feel strong and perfectly shaped, and the whole set looks flawless. They are bold, fun, and still beautifully elegant. I am obsessed. If you are looking for someone who genuinely cares about their craft and delivers perfection every time, Jessie is your girl.

I’ve been having my nails done for nearly 20 years and never managed to find anywhere where my nails would last longer than two weeks before they broke off, chipped and spilt, so never managed to grow my nails very long! I’ve been having my nails done by Storm for quite a while now, and it’s like finding a miracle worker, my nails are so long, strong and healthy that I have to ask for the length to be taken down, they last beautifully between 4 weekly appointments with no breaking or chipping! I couldn’t be happier with every set I’ve had! ❤️

Such a lovely service from start to finish ,the whole vibe is relaxed and welcoming. I'm leopard print obsessed, and Abbie totally gets the vision. The nail art is spot on every time, super detailed and creative, and exactly what I imagined (if not better). Honestly one of the best nail experiences. Highly recommend if you want great nails and good vibes!
