I can’t remember the last time I received genuinely friendly customer service like I have with these owners. I’ve taken my dog in today for nail clipping, which she’s always refused before but the groomer managed to keep her calm enough to even do her back paws. She’ll be going back for a full groom soon too because whatever they have sprayed her with smells amazing!! 💛 🐾 💛

Colour matched my hair to perfection for my extensions as well as fitting them and styling thrm for me just how I asked! Has the kindest aura about her and makes you feel comfortable everytime. Just lovely x

Customer service was great. I can't say how good Alex is. It was my 1st visit, and I felt like I already knew her. You will get lost in there as she has lots of different colours and many options. I love my nails 💅

Nicole is amazing. She’s so patient when I don’t know what I want and always helps me by brainstorming ideas and double checking I like my nails through the process. She makes me feel really comfortable when I’m with her and has helped me completely kick my nail biting habit. I haven’t bit them in 9 whole months and I don’t even get the urge to anymore!! She gets more excited than me when my nails turn out amazing and always has a smile on her face.

I Have been getting my Nails done off Alice for a good few months now ( & Iam always very pleased with them when they have done (Alice always make you feel very welcome & her prices are Also reasonable

I have been coming to Nicole for nails since January 2024, and I am so happy with my results. I have always been a nail biter, and for the first time I actually have nails and it’s increased my confidence a lot. Nicole has the most gorgeous energy, and from someone who is anxious going to new places she has made me feel really comfortable, and become the most amazing friend. I would never go to anyone else now and look forward to every appointment for a good gab and cuppa xxx
