Fern is incredible! From the moment I booked, she messaged me asking for inspiration photos so she could prepare in advance – that showed true professionalism. I sent my ideas and she carefully planned every detail. During the appointment, she was patient, attentive and made sure everything matched my vision. The result? I can’t recommend Nail X highly enough. My nails always look amazing and I get so many compliments. Even almost 3 weeks later they still look perfect. The owner bends over backwards to make sure everyone is accommodated and remembers everyone by name (as well as having a cracking sense of humour). The staff are always courteous and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else x
