I cannot recommend Heather highly enough! I came to her after bad high-street experiences, specifically looking for an IBX treatment. She is a true expert who applies actual science to nail care. She didn't push gels on me; instead, she did a proper assessment and was incredibly gentle with my sensitive cuticles. Heather is professional, knowledgeable, and a wonderful person to talk to. I had such a great experience with Aurika at Lumi Nails! She was incredibly careful, patient, and detail-oriented throughout the whole appointment. She took her time to make sure every little detail was perfect. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the final result.
