Have had Molly do my eyelashes about 3 times now and she is fantastic! Always made me feel welcome in the salon and did my eyelashes exactly how I wanted them. So sad that I’m leaving Birmingham as would definitely keep coming if it wasn’t for that! Thanks Molly for making my eyelashes look amazing for all the end of uni events I had :)

I had gel nails & nail art with Sophie. I wanted something to celebrate Diwali & Sophie did fantastic job, I'm super happy with them. Definitely going back in Dec to get my Christmas nails done with Sophie.

Another great experience! I get my nails done every three weeks and it’s always fabulous service from Leila. Today I changed my nail shape an Leila did it perfectly, listening to exactly what I wanted and executing it beautifully as always 💅💖

So good. Lovely little find. Will be going back. Had a wax so relaxing made me felt at ease. Going to get my nails done next time. Can't recommend them enough.

Always a lovely experience at Ritual Retreat. Krish is so patient and lovely. It took a few colour checks but I eventually decided on a nail colour :)

Another lovely set of nails by Leila! She listened to exactly what I wanted and was so kind and patient as ever. Giving helpful tips and opinions and creating a gorgeous set of nails that I absolutely LOVE 💗
