Great quality and nice staff; who want you to have a relaxing experience. Reasonably priced too! I received a much needed manicure (no polish at my request) and a pedicure with gel polish. I’ll be back when I am in Victoria for business again.

I truly love coming to this salon. It is by far the best in Victoria and I have tried quite a few in the past. I have been coming here for a number of years now and the staff are always tremendously kind and thoughtful. This is my ultimate indulgent treat.

I’ve been to the Oak Bay Nail Spa numerous times for a gel manicure and pedicure and every visit has been fantastic. Jenni is friendly and kind, and does a wonderful job on my nails! They look fabulous. Am very happy with this nail salon.

Such a great experience!! Salon was nice and clean and covid proof! They really took the time to sanitize after each client and had hanging Plexi walls surrounding the stations. My nail tech Tia did such an amazing job.. it was my first time there and I'll will definitely be back. Thank you for making my nails beautiful again 😘

Amazingly clean salon and the best gel mani and pedi I’ve had in Victoria ❤️

I appreciated the overall experience. However, a significant thing that I think could have been improved was that one of my nail tips (extensions) was put on crooked and when I brought it to the tech’s attention after applying it, she said she would work on it.. After letting her do the cutting, shaping, gel applications, and reshaping, my nail is still crooked.. sadly! Yes, it will bother me until I get it fixed somewhere. I also think that the prices are high, especially considering that fills are needed every 2-3 weeks. I liked that my nail tech had opinions and offered me options.

Once again I had my nails done at Oak Bay Nail Spa. It's the only place I always return to. Friendly staff, professional, clean, good foot and leg massage plus hot stone massage. Duration: 1 hr for 55.00. I'll keep going back.

Such a wonderful nail salon. They have a warm welcoming atmosphere with lots of beautiful plants and natural light. As someone with sensory issues, nail salons are often loud and overwhelming/overstimulating. This was not the case, the music was pleasant but not too loud, never felt pressured to fill the silence, as well as nice comfy chairs. Everyone was so nice, and Camy did such a good job making my rough hands look so pretty. Overall great!
