From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, beautifully maintained, and full of thoughtful touches that made the entire visit feel luxurious. Kazzel was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took such care with every step of the mani/pedi, making sure I was comfortable and explaining each part of the process without ever feeling rushed. Her attention to detail was amazing, and the final result was flawless. My nails have never looked better!

Starting with the booking process, the effort made to accommodate my schedule, the informative email communications, clarity on pricing and cancellation policies. I was welcomed today by a smiling technician and to a beautiful, calm setting, soothing, calming music, complete with chocolate, vast array of herbal teas, water…… The environment was clean and well organized. The technician made every effort to ensure my preferences were met. Very satisfied with my manicure and pedicure, I never felt rushed! Very zen!!! Overall very positive experience
