Full set bio gel nails with Rama. Friendly service. Asked me multiple times regarding shape of nail to ensure I was happy. I ran an errand at grocery store and immediately had a compliment from check out lady. I recommend and I will also go back.

Incredible service as always. Kevin excels above and beyond other stylist with his creativity with hair colour and nano extensions. Reception and hospitality from Jay is always welcoming and friendly. A beautiful modern salon that is always clean and decorated in theme to the holidays/seasons. I have an appoint usually every 5-6 weeks for the last 7-8 years and never have a been disappointed. Thank you Kevin, Jay and staff I appreciate everything you do

My experience was five star+++. It is the first time I have gone to Oggi Spa and I went for a pedicure. Jenelle was wonderful and I have already booked for my next visit. The space is relaxing, the pedicure was excellent and Jenelle was both professional and so personable. Thank you for a lovely visit and a delightful discovery right here in downtown St. Catharines.

Chelsea is the best nail artist I've ever had, she's always so kind and is talented! She always brings what I want for my nails to life!

Kazzel was exceptional—professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. She took such care with every step of the mani/pedi, making sure I was comfortable and explaining each part of the process without ever feeling rushed. My pedicure experience was more luxurious and relaxing than at a typical nail salon. Mckayla was professional, thorough and very personable.

The entire spa experience today was top level! Starting with the booking process, the effort made to accommodate my schedule, the informative email communications, clarity on pricing and cancellation policies. I was welcomed today by a smiling technician and to a beautiful, calm setting, soothing, calming music, complete with chocolate, vast array of herbal teas, water…… The environment was clean and well organized. The technician made every effort to ensure my preferences were met. Very satisfied with my manicure and pedicure, I never felt rushed! Very zen!!! Overall very positive experience
