This has become my go-to place since moving to Ottawa! The space is gorgeous and they do a fantastic job. I always go for the shellac manicure. Suzanne is an incredible nail artist who does amazing work, and all of the staff are so nice. I would highly recommend High Definition Nails an Spa!

I went in for a birthday Mani Pedi, and a bit of a nail repair, Linh made my appointment so special, truly an amazing experience. Linh even surprised me at the end with a lil gift, i don't believe there's another nail salon on Ottawa with better service or staff then High Definition Spa.

This is by far the best nail bar in the city of Ottawa. Philip & his team of expert nail techs are polite, professional & inviting. The salon is immaculate & no matter who you choose & appointment with, you will be guaranteed a 5 star experience. I can’t say enough great things about this spot! Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. Annie did an amazing job with the hand paint on design on my nails. Margaret was very warm and friendly in the checkout process. Definitely coming back here, thanks again team!

I love these chicks! Squeezed me in end of day for a fix that I needed. The decided they could fit in the whole full on my gels. Tiffany who was doing the fills took them all off cause they needed it, and took her time and care on a beautiful fresh new set WITH designs for the holidays, despite running well after closing time. They are just the best. I always tell people, best in Ottawa, but yesterday was above and beyond.

Nails look okay. Most times I’ve gone here the nail tech takes time to ensure all my nail lengths are equal and spends time on the shape. This time was very rushed. Nails not same length. Not even the same shapes, the nail tips are not smooth but on a diagonal slant and each nail shape looks a bit different from the other. Disappointed this time not sure if I will be returning.

Nikki did a fabulous dip powder manicure on my very short, natural nails. She was patient, thorough, and detailed. Amazing cuticle care and nice, even polish. Also, she did not comment on the length of my nails nor did she encourage extensions, which I very much appreciated. We did not chitchat and the salon was calm, making for a relaxing experience. I will definitely book Nikki again.
