It’s worth driving from West Edmonton to this salon. Excellent customer service, friendly staff & I love the detail that CeCe puts into the nail designs. My mother & sister who also had appointments with me we’re equally pleased.

The Nail Room is amazing! The space is decorated in soft neutral tones which gives you a spa like experience the moment you step in. The reception was warm and welcoming and Ashley did an excellent job with my manicure, my nails looks great! Would highly recommend booking with the Nail Room.

Wonderful. My nails on my left hand needed a bit of finishing under the nail and the gems look good, for reference it be good to look at other hand to know placement. Other then that I love the color and appreciated the quiet but interesting conversation.

Zita was wonderful! I was going to give five stars, but I noticed after leaving that some of the nails were filed on an angle, instead of being straight across (ie. one side is significantly longer) and that one finger had quite a bit of nail glue on the underside. However, Zita was incredibly talented and the nail art looks amazing!

On the whole i had a great experience. Dian provided an excellent nail consultation and I left very happy with my nails. The only critique I have is that due to how busy they were my appointment started 20 minutes after it was meant to.

Oh my goodness!! This has to be the most beautiful nail place I've ever stepped foot in. It's immaculate. The staff are super nice and my nails are a 10/10. Highly recommend going to treat yourself at the nail room ♡

It was my first time here and I was looking to have my nails redone from another nail salon. I saw Mia for a set removal and new full builder gel set and she was wonderful. Detail oriented and make sure I left loving my nails. They are the perfect shape and thickness. Looking forward to Booking with her again for my next fill!

I had the most amazing experience at The Nail Room in SWP with Tony. First of all, the salon itself is absolutely stunning — bright, modern, clean, and honestly one of the most beautiful nail salons I’ve ever been in. Tony is hands down the best nail tech ever. My nails turned out absolutely perfect — the shape, the finish, and the design are flawless. You can really tell he takes pride in his work.
