I love the staff but so far I have never booked an appointment that has not been canceled. This is the first salon I’ve been to in Abu Dhabi that has canceled my appointment ever. It’s now happened 4 times in a row and is getting to be quiet upsetting especially since I do extensions, I tried booking in advance , my appointment still got canceled, I tried confirming with my credit card it still got canceled. I’m really at a loss on how to get an appointment that you will keep. It’s actually getting to a point where however much I like the salon and the staff that it’s not relaxing

This is by far the best place I tried for hair! Amazing vibe and very friendly staff! Coffee is also really good and their nail art is on point! My new fav spot in Abu Dhabi. Highly recommended!

I was able to get appointment quickly. I did not have to wait for my appointment once I arrived. My massage lasted a full hour. Thank you, feel revived - really worked on the muscles. Edith is honestly the best manicure technician I’ve ever had! She’s extremely professional, gentle, and very detail-oriented. My nails always come out perfectly shaped and clean, and her work lasts a long time without chipping. She also makes you feel comfortable and welcomed during the whole appointment. The place is a bit tricky to find for the first timer. It would be nice to have any signs outside. The service is excellent. Nail technician is very focus on details which make the work perfect.The receptionist is friendly and give good recommendations. I’ll be back again. Thank you.
