Just got done and couldn’t be more than pleased! Hannah made sure I was absolutely happy with my hair and indeed I am! The colors on my balayage are beautiful golden blonde, light beige pieces and shadowed in at the root. It takes a real artist to be able to make a balayage look like the magazine pics and she has nailed it!! Thank you blush and blow and thank you very much Hannah for making me and my hair look amazing ❤️

Overall a very good experience. The nail art done was very cute (though the french tips can be improved with brushwork and a bit more paint). Only reason that it missed the 5 star was that the technician was slightly rough with removing the old BIAB and did hit one of my nails bed twice which I'm hoping has not caused too much damage.

Kalgi is always so lovely and friendly, she had gorgeous banana split nails which inspired me to get the same colour. The lady on reception was really lovely and polite and made sure everyone had refreshments. Always have an amazing experience at soak, thank you

Just had my blonde highlights and cut done by the new Artistic Director Gianmarco - What an amazing addition to the team! The finest baby lights I’ve ever had, so natural. One of the best set of highlights I’ve had in London in 18 years! Oh and if you love a bob - his cut is so sharp! - I’ll be back :-)

Today I had a manicure with an amazing nail technician, and I couldn't be happier! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the master was attentive to my preferences.
