Lovely experience as always. I had Annemarie today and she was so professional, knowledgeable and meticulous with detail, shaping and art. First time I have never felt any burning sensation when the BIAB was curing. She understood that I love my nails simple but elegant when it comes to nail art and produced a stunning and cute strawberry and bee design. Couldn't recommend enough - thank you!

Aleksandra is the truly the best nail artist in the business. She’s been my ride or die since moving to London almost 3 years ago. She is a perfectionist (classic Virgo) and takes such care with each and every step in her process to ensure you always leave the salon happy. She is meticulous and insanely hygienic (we all have high street nail salon trauma) which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I could not recommend Aleksandra more highly ❣️ I promise you will not regret your NaiLay nails!

Overall a very good experience. The nail art done was very cute (though the french tips can be improved with brushwork and a bit more paint). Only reason that it missed the 5 star was that the technician was slightly rough with removing the old BIAB and did hit one of my nails bed twice which I'm hoping has not caused too much damage.

Perfect nails every single time 🙏 Aleksandra is the best nail technician I ever experienced. I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve always received the best care. The nails are natural, strong, cuticles are SO clean, shape is perfection, art or colour is always beautiful. I can only recommend 🏆🙌 Every time I come I’m both excited and slightly sad to see the old nails go because even after 4 weeks the nails look incredible and I never regret the choice 😊
