This was my first visit and I received a facial. My experience was good and the lady was very nice. I don't always feel comfortable when I am being offered other products or services but she was genuinely providing me with helpful options going forward. She trims the cuticles very cleanly and precisely, without damaging the skin, which makes the manicure look flawless. The way she applies gel polish — so close to the base of the nail — gives a very natural look and helps the manicure last much longer.
