Space was clean, bright and pristine. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Inna guided me how to use the automatic roller machine and made my experience so comforting and enjoyable. The time flew by because we had such a great time talking. I have a lot of chronic pain tension and fascial adhesions that I have been working on with various tools and techniques and they're automatic rolling massager was so easy to use and felt incredible. I can feel circulation flowing and buzzing through my body and I can't wait to come back and do it again!

I went in with 2 friends for the roller shaper and we had a great time! The owner welcomed us and got us set up, she was lovely, the machine was easy to use and easy to follow the positions. We all felt very relaxed afterwards and look forward to booking our next appointment! I will also be looking into the other services they offer.

Exceeded expectations. You never know what to expect the first time at a new place, so we only booked one hour. For sure I’ll be booking for 90 minutes next time. Don has an excellent knowledge of the human body, trained both in Canada and in China. He was incredibly thorough, found and dealt with all my muscle knots with strength, but in a way that caused me no pain. If I lived in Calgary, I’d go regularly. As it is, on our frequent trips here, we will be treating ourselves to a massage every time we visit.
