Easy location to find. On arrival the relaxing scent of lavender lingered down the stair well from the treatment room located on the 1st floor. The room itself was everything you’d expect it to be. A nice additional touch was the heated mat under the couch sheets. Completed relevant paperwork then got straight into a full body massage. I felt very comfortable with Laura & able to be fully transparent about my personal health, sharing the reasons behind pursuing alternative treatments. She’s a very knowledgeable, compassionate young lady I’m happy I booked as I’ve found my spot moving forward.

The technician was professional, caring, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Laura was friendly and welcoming. The room was set up with soft music, dimmed lighting and cosy blanket. I had an Indian head massage.... the combination of shoulders, neck, head and face was extremely relaxing. I already have another appointment booked.

From catching up about family to putting the world to rights, Sadie is by far an amazing and talented person.
