I booked a Holistic Balinese facial, Swedish massage, and eyebrow shaping for my mum with Sarah — and I’m so glad I did! My mum absolutely loved the whole experience. She felt completely relaxed and pampered, and said it was one of the best massages she’s ever had. Sarah was so kind, professional, and attentive throughout. Her energy was calm and welcoming, and the care she gave really showed. From start to finish, it was an excellent service. I would absolutely recommend her and will definitely be booking again!

My child is very nervous around adults and about getting her hair cut. As soon as my daughter was about to get in the chair she went into overstimulated meltdown, but phoebe, our stylist, exclamed they have a new quiet room. Once in there my daughter was able to calm down and have an enjoyable hair cut. They are always so patient with children and this new room is a game changer! Thank you and look forward to coming again.

Booked a facial with Sam and Wow, it was So Amazing!! Sam too time to explain each product as they were used and what it does for your skin. She is so gentle and calm which makes it so easy to totally relax and absorb every bit of it. An Amazing experience, a very professional and wonderful job. I love going to Glow Spot Clinic for my regular facial treatments.The treatments combined with the products recommended by Bianca have transformed my skin. Apart from that, Bianca is lovely and knowledgeable. It’s really nice to go and have a relaxing treatment. I can not thank Bianca enough for the way my skin looks.

I visited House of Envy and saw Pheobe for a a hair colour and a re style . I had a lovely time in the salon , the atmosphere was great ! Pheobe was amazing , she spoke me though everything and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted . I was a little indecisive so the patience Pheobe had was amazing for someone who gets anxious and usually avoids hair dressers . I can’t wait to come back and am glad I’ve found a salon which is welcoming , warm and has lovely staff 💖
