First time trying the Ultimate Repair with LED and I was not disappointed! It was an incredibly relaxing facial and Rebecca wields the tools and her hands like a wizard. My skin is literally glowing and my jawline is noticeably defined. The environment is always calm and serene and reduced my stress levels immediately. It was lovely to feel so cared for! I recently had a facial done by May and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything felt relaxing, professional, and tailored to my skin’s needs. The treatment was gentle yet effective, and I noticed an immediate difference, my skin felt cleaner, brighter, and incredibly hydrated. The atmosphere was soothing, the products smelled wonderful, and every step was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was happening. I also appreciated the skincare tips given afterward; they were genuinely helpful and not pushy. Overall, it was one of the best facials I’ve had.

A fantastic facial, I’ve been a few times and Rebecca has always delivered great results, improved hydration and radiance. She’s also recommended lovely products that genuinely suit my skin type.

My facial with Cleo was such a special experience - it really exceeded my expectations of what a facial could be. The lymphatic drainage massage and cupping did wonders for my nervous system, and I left not only looking like I had a new face, but feeling really revitalised and restored. If you want to feel nourishes inside and out, Cleo is your girl.

I had the most incredible facial with Rebecca, truly the hands of an angel. Her technique is unmatched, every movement is intentional, soothing, and tailored to what my skin needs. Also, all the natural products you get to use for the facial, just feels so incredible on the skin.

Big facials are in a league of their own! This was my first facial with Cleo and she was absolutely brilliant, using a range of different techniques, tools and products and explaining them all to me afterwards. The treatment room and ambiance in Big is so gorgeous and really adds to the experience. I cannot recommend Cleo and Big facials enough!

Amazing facial with Cleo today - my skin looked and felt amazing afterwards, and I am still glowing. The lymphatic massage felt incredible and really helped to reduce puffiness and sculpt. As well as having magic hands Cleo was so warm - I felt totally at ease throughout (so much so I drifted off multiple times…). Will definitely book again soon.

Yet another incredible facial with Rebecca, she truly has angel hands. I never need to tell her much and she always intuitively knows what my tired body and dry skin need. Her hands are soft yet firm and put me in a comatose state instantly. Today she did some lifting techniques on me that gave me a defined jawline and cheekbones! I had been feeling really bad about the firmness (or lack thereof) in my skin and I have left Big feeling glowy, relaxed and 5 years younger. She is the absolute best!

I’ve had two sessions of facial acupuncture with Cassie and they have been amazing. Cassie is so kind and creates a lovely environment. She listens to you and explains the treatment so well. The acupuncture has helped my recovery from Bell’s palsy significantly and has been a highlight of my week.
