Treated myself on my birthday today with a facial with Lou. It was so blissful. I forgot I was in London! My jaw was so relaxed and my headache disappeared. Will definitely be investing more in self care. I felt very comfortable with Lou, she was lovely. Highly recommend.

This was THE best facial and massage Ive ever had in London. Juliana was a star. She was kind and considerate of my skin needs and she pretty much has the hands of an angel. It's hard for me to disconnect but it was honestly such a relaxing experience. Thank you!

I had a 1hr bespoke facial with Alexander. It was incredible. I love all the products that re:lax use and the massages in between sent me into the deepest state of relaxation. I left feeling so happy and calm. Not to mention, GLOWING skin. What a bloody treat! So happy they’ve opened in London Bridge, the perfect place to stop off before your commute home.

I had requested Polly in the app so I was a bit dissatisfied to travel an hour across london for someone else with no explanation. I had such a lovely facial from Sadie so it’s totally fine, but I feel a bit annoyed to then realise she has her own salon at much cheaper prices somewhere else. Just not really what I waited all this time for! I had a lovely facial but probably wont come back to be honest.
