I am absolutely delighted with my eyebrows! I have had my eyebrows done in the past at two different places, but I was never completely happy with the shape and ended up having laser removal. This time, however, I am genuinely very happy with the result. The shape is beautiful, natural and suits my face perfectly. She listened carefully to what I wanted and paid great attention to detail. I got my eyebrows microshaded by Idera yesterday and she was so sweet and patient. She was explaining what she was gonna do next as she was doing my eyebrows. I’ve been wanting to do my eyebrows for a long time and I’ve finally got them done. I absolutely love them and I would 100% go back for a top-up once that time comes around :)

I had my first microneedling treatment and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nadia was incredibly welcoming, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire appointment. She explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the process, and answered all of my questions, which really helped put me at ease. A special mention also to Mohammed on reception (I believe that was his name), who was friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The whole experience was smooth, comfortable, and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
