Farzana is the sweetest, most attentive therapist I've met since moving to London 20yrs ago. Everyone in the salon area welcoming and makes you feel at home. My lashes have lasted in good condition for 5 weeks. I've booked and going back today and I can't recommend enough.

The best place in London for eyelash extensions! I've been coming to Yuki since 2022 and I wouldn't go anywhere else. She takes the time to understand what look you want to achieve, what the occasion is, and also examines your lash condition thoroughly. The results are incredible - elegant, natural, long-lasting with an effortless finish. I try to book a few sessions in advance as Yuki gets booked up very quickly! Couldn't recommend Caterpillar + Ink highly enough, whether it's a wedding, gala, holiday or just your everyday look!

Absolutely amazing eyebrow expert. Yuki is incredibly talented, meticulous, and pays such close attention to detail, always feel like I’m in expert hands. The whole experience is calm and relaxing, and the bed is so comfortable it honestly feels like a mini reset. I always leave loving my brows and feeling well looked after. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience here and wanted to give a special shout-out to two incredibly talented professionals: Sahar: I had a fantastic pedicure along with eyebrow and facial hair threading and waxing. Sahar is highly skilled—her work is precise, efficient, and the results were perfect. Elie: My nails had been on a two-month break, and Elie was exceptionally meticulous with the application of my new BIAB and gel color. The care and attention to detail were top-tier, leaving my nails looking better than ever. Both are clearly very experienced.

I have been seeing Alice for a few years now, and she has consistently been meticulous and professional in everything she does. This time I visited her for Botox and PDO threads, and the results are outstanding. Beyond the treatment itself, she looked after me throughout those first few days of recovery, answering promptly every question I had. It is rare to find someone who cares this much about how you are doing once you are back home. Wonderful service from a genuine expert in her field. I could not recommend her more highly.
