Kate is the first person to ever actually address my skin concerns seriously, rather than just saying "well unfortunately that's the skin you have and you can't do a lot about it." Not only does she assess my skin at each appointment tweaking the regime as needed but I can honestly say she carries out the best most relaxing facial I have ever had.

I wanted to know about each step of Hydro facial, Holly was very knowledgeable and spoke through each step. The room was lovely and relaxing. I would highly recommend a hydro facial with Holly.
