⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a relaxing and rejuvenating infrared sauna experience! The setting was calm and beautifully designed, with soft lighting and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Fab as ever. ( even though it was booked at sunrise) well some of us have to work so Addelle managed to fit me in before most people had even got out of bed !!
